2021-2022 Vermilion Parish Pre-Kindergarten Enrollment Support
This year, all enrollment support will be conducted through video tutorials. Stay tuned for more information.
Pre-K requirements have changed and the enrollment process was changed to meet the state’s new mandates!
So, the Pre-Kindergarten Enrollment Support Meetings are open to all Vermilion Parish families who want assistance with completing the preliminary application and learning how the new enrollment process will work for our school-based programs.
At the meeting, parents will be provided the preliminary application to complete with guidance from the program facilitator. Also, the list of required documents to complete registration will be provided and reviewed with all attendees. Questions will be answered for all participants.
This meeting will help families get prepared for Pre-K Round-Up with all of the necessary paperwork so that registration can be completed in March. A list of the Pre-K Round-Up dates will be provided to participants during the meeting.
Remember, with the new requirements, applications must be complete with all supporting documents before a qualification determination can be made for entrance into the program.
The early childhood program partners listed below may have representatives at the parent meetings and can provide more information on enrollment with their programs.
The children do not have to be present for these meetings!
