The summer is here, and it is time to think about keeping children healthy while school is out!! The Vermilion Parish School System will be providing a free breakfast and lunch to children during the summer through the Summer Food Service Program.  We will have sites providing a hot breakfast and lunch every day, and there will also be sites providing meal boxes each week that contain seven (7) breakfasts, and seven (7) lunches.

-For the daily hot breakfast and lunch meals, there is no registration required and no cost to attend.  Any child age 18 and under may eat at these sites.

 -The weekly meal boxes will require registration each week at which time a pickup site will need to be chosen.  There is no cost to pick up a meal box, and any child ages 18 and under qualifies to get a meal box.  Meal box pickups will be weekly.
