Mrs. Katie's class did a "Chalk Talk" to discuss the lesson of a story in Cajun Folktales.
Ms. Chelsea’s 5th grade students explored volume by demonstrating 4 different ways to create a volume of 4 cubic centimeters by using centimeter cubes.
Vermilion Parish Schools will be closed on Tuesday, March 22nd due to a severe weather threat that is expected throughout the day and during possible dismissal time. After consultation with OEP, heavy flash floods, possible hail, and major winds are expected. Out of an abundance of caution we will be closed. Mrs. Carolyn’s Second Graders are studying the Westward Expansion in Reading. They are wrapping up this Domain by constructing their own paper quilts. Each piece signifies a story read. Be on the lookout for their finished products!!
