On Thursday, December 22nd, the GHS Junior Beta Club and Band traveled to the Gueydan Memorial Nursing Home to spend time the residents and spread a little Christmas cheer. The band played while the Beta Club sang Christmas carols, then students visited with the residents and gave them gifts.
Thank you to the residents and staff of the Gueydan Memorial Nursing Home for allowing us to visit, and to Ms. Brittney Guilbeaux, Mr. Brock Meaux, and the volunteer members of the Junior Beta Club and GHS Band for putting their time and effort into organizing this visit and doing something great for our community.
