Hard work has paid off for the KHS Speech team! Team members have qualified for not one but two national tournaments! 

These students were chosen to represent Louisiana at  the National Catholic Forensic League National tournament in Louisville Kentucky in May:  

Graci Noel- Declamation,
 Kallie Romero- Oral Interpretation, 
Payton Sparks and Cayden Menard- Duo

This past weekend the team competed at the National Speech and Debate Association District tournament to compete for an opportunity to compete at the National Tournament in June in Phoenix Arizona. 

Breaking to Finals: 
Kallie Romero- Humorous 
Morgane Campbell and Kallie Romero - Duo

And earning their place as national qualifiers:
Cayden Menard and Payton Sparks in Duo.  

Next up for the team is their State Tournament at the end of March!
