The Christian Leadership Organization with Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Erath recently donated school supplies to LeBlanc Elementary and other area schools.
Sarah Simon and Nicole Green brought supplies to LeBlanc Elementary and are pictured with Mrs. Brown.
It's our first LION LIST of the 22-23 school year!!
Meet and Greet will take place on Monday, August 8th, from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Students in grades PK-5 may meet their teachers, drop off supplies, and purchase spirit shirts at this time.
Due to parking limitations, we are asking that families drop in during the following staggered times:
Last Name A-F: 4:30 p.m. - 5:10 p.m.
Last Name G-M: 5:10 p.m. - 5:50 p.m.
Last Name N-Z: 5:50 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Currently the pupil progression review can only be accessed on the website. Will try to get the app version fixed as soon as I can get tech assistance tomorrow.
The 10-day review period for the district pupil progression plan is now available for review.
It can be found on the website by clicking the menu and looking under District Information. Any questions should be sent to shawri.landry@vpsb.net
This is a state mandated document and review period. It will be officially adopted at the July board meeting.
We are so excited to welcome Ms. Lisa Guidry back to LES this year!
Hello! My name is Lisa Guidry and I have lived in the BIG town of Gueydan since 2002. Growing up in the Baton Rouge/Denham Springs area, I left the hustle and bustle and I have grown to love small town life. I am secretary for both the Gueydan Museum and Cultural Arts Society and the Gueydan Chamber of Commerce. I began my teaching career at St. Peter School in Gueydan from 2003 until the school closed in 2017. I have been a sub and a reading interventionist. This past year, I have had several long-term positions and helped in reading intervention. This coming year, I will be the Early Interventionist and I am looking forward to working with “my littles” and helping them grow and learn.
