5th grade Food Scientists have been ng why some liquids mix and some do not. They then learned about emulsifiers and how adding them to non-soluble liquids can make them soluble. We used all of that information to create a salad dressing that they were able to taste. Our lettuce was provided by Mrs. Hannah Hebert from the 4-H garden. Great job Food Scientists!
