This weekend, the RRMS student council attended the LASC state convention in West Monroe. Congratulations to 8th grader Hunter Packard for placing 3rd in the Junior High Oratory Competition-we are proud of you! We are also proud of all of our delegates who worked very hard on our entries in the poster contest, photography contest, shoe contest, and 7th grader Izzy Hargrave for competing in the Junior High essay contest. The students enjoyed a weekend of learning about leadership, networking, and forming bonds with future leaders across the state of Louisiana. Great job, Pirates!!!!
